EcosySTEM Student Ambassadors

This program aims to empower students in grades 6-12 to be an advocate for STEM in their school and beyond. Through this program, students will engage in hands-on projects, participate in industry tours, and build collaboration and leadership skills while making a meaningful impact in their school and community.

Idaho Exhibition of Ideas (IDX)
Idaho Exhibition of Ideas (IDX)

IDX is a multi-week, team based digital design and fabrication competition where students learn and practice design, iteration, and rapid prototyping skills with 3D printing technology.

IDX culminates in a regional Student Showcase, where teams will present their solution to a panel of judges and compete for prizes.

Idaho Science & Engineering Fairs (IDSEF)
Idaho Science and Engineering Fairs (IDSEF)

IDSEF provides a platform for high school students to engage in scientific research and showcase their innovative projects. By participating in IDSEF, students gain invaluable experience in the scientific process, critical thinking, and problem-solving, while also having the opportunity to compete for awards and scholarships. Students with the top projects from each regional Fair will have the opportunity to attend/compete at the Regeneron International Science & Engineering Fair (ISEF).

STEMFORGED AI Lesson Plan Platform Workshops
STEM Forged AI Lesson Plan Platform Workshops

We are offering free 3-hour virtual workshops for K-12 public school teachers to learn how to use the STEM Forged AI lesson planning platform, funded by the Workforce Development Council. Attendees will receive a one-year license for the state-standard aligned tool, which creates customizable lesson plans with interactive game-based assessments, promoting collaboration and cross-curricular integration for engaging STEM learning experiences.
